Terms of Service

1. The service

FillDeck converts PDF documents you own or have rights to into fillable AcroForm PDFs by adding form fields (text, checkbox, date). Free tier: 3 documents and 30 fields per day; give your email to keep going after the limit for the rest of the day. Paid plans (Pro subscription, Lifetime purchase) remove the limits.

2. Your responsibilities

• You may only upload documents you own or have permission to modify. Uploading third-party copyrighted PDFs without rights is prohibited.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or personal data of third parties that you are not entitled to process.
• You are responsible for the content and legality of the documents you produce and sell.

3. Payments and subscriptions

• Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges of $9 until cancelled; Lifetime is a one-time $49 charge.
• You may cancel a subscription any time (Stripe customer portal or by email) — access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.
• EU/PL statutory withdrawal: for digital services you explicitly request immediate access and acknowledge losing the 14-day withdrawal right once full performance begins — as disclosed at checkout before purchase.
• Refund for genuine technical failure to deliver: contact us within 14 days, we will make it right or refund.

4. Acceptable use

No attempts to break the service, scrape at scale, circumvent free-tier limits, reverse-engineer for a competing service, or use the output to misrepresent authorship of third-party works.

5. Intellectual property

Your documents remain yours — we claim no rights over uploaded or exported files. The FillDeck software, brand and site remain the property of the operator.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you never paid). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, statutory consumer rights).

7. Termination

We maysuspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 5 and 6 survive termination.

8. Law and contact

Polish law applies; consumer rights under mandatory EU/PL law are unaffected. Contact: via Etsy/Gumroad messages.
